DU Introduce 70-30% Admission Scheme 2015:

Delhi University is considering the Piratical Examination Marks in Intermediate as judgmental score for DU Admission, every year a lot of CBSE students didn't get admission just because of less practical marks as compared to other board students. Some of State board have 40-50% of practical marks in 12th Examination.

More practical subject marking scheme beneficial because such students got higher percentage in Intermediate and get admission in University of Delhi. This Policy of Admission of will make a very strong favour in CBSE Students,  cause they have Practical and Theory marks in 30-70% ratio. 

Last year some of CBSE Students fire this issue to Delhi University Admission Department and they have consider this in New UG Admission Policies. Practical Examination marks mostly affect Science students, because they have more practical subjects then others. This may biggest change in admission scheme added by DU Admission Committee this year.

How Does Practical Marks Matter in DU Admission: 

The 70-30% Admission scheme only applicable to practical theoretical subjects. If a students get very good percentage just because of it's practical marks and the other one also score good in theory but having less marks in practical exam, then according to the previous admission policy admission preference goes to higher percentage students but now as per new admission policy "More theory marks will make more admission opportunities".
